Terms and Conditions PRICES Our prices for accommodation are expressed in $US and are for the Five-Day break, including all tuition, food and drink,and local transport. Transport up to and departing from Angoulême station is not included. Please arrange your own personal insurance PAYMENT We ask for 25% of the cost of the holiday as a deposit when you confirm your booking. When we have received your deposit and booking details, we will send you a receipt and confirmation. The balance will become due on month before the start of your holiday. Any additional charges, such as meals, drinks etc. should be settled on departure. We accept both dollar and Eurocheques , but do not take Credit Cards. CANCELLATION In the event of you having to cancel your booking, the 25% deposit will be forfeited in full. In the case of a late cancellation, where the holiday has been fully paid, 50% of the payment will be refunded, providing the room can be re-let. SERVICES There are no telephones in the bedooms, but outgoing calls can be made from our own telephone at an extra charge. Internet connection is also available Satellite televsion including CNN is available in the drawing room SWIMMING POOL The swimming pool is a private pool and is therefore not attended, and we can not accept responsibility or liability for any injury caused as a result of use of the pool. .
